Decision rule: advance to the family interview when the core average is 3.5 or higher and no core scale is below 3. Straight to a paid trial shift when all four are 4 or higher and the logistics are clean. Hold at 3 to 3.5. Pass below that, or on any red flag whatever the scores. For the lead role, supervision and medication judgment must also be 4 or higher.
